Ingredients:
Samogray Pear Lori 50 ml
Fresh Yellow Pear 20 g
Lemon Juice 30 ml
Sugar Syrup 20 ml
Egg White 20 ml
Recipe:
- Muddle the fresh pear in a shaker. Add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain through a fine sieve into a rocks glass. Garnish with pear chips.
