DISTILLERY

Location

Our distillery is located in an ecologically clean area in the very south of Russia, near the Black Sea. For hundreds of kilometers around, there are no production facilities that could affect the pristine purity of nature in the region. This is why our spirits are highly valued both in Russia and abroad.
The commercial ports of Novorossiysk and Temryuk are conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the distillery.

Spirit Storage

All incoming ingredients undergo strict multi-stage quality control. Particular attention is given to the quality of the purchased grain spirit, which is assessed by our tasting committee, consisting of certified experts. Before entering production, the grain spirit is carefully checked according to the strictest criteria.

Laboratory

The development, production and supply of vodka and other alcoholic beverages are carried out according to a food safety management system based on HACCP principles and comply with the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000:2007.
Our company has its own certified laboratory with all the necessary modern equipment to ensure thorough quality control.

Artesian Well

Our spirits contain the purest artesian water from our own 330-metre-deep artesian well.

The distillery uses the most modern equipment, including aging tanks, filter presses, column stills, sand filters, blending tanks, extractors, pot stills, cryogenic aging tanks, and oak aging barrels.

Blending Containers

Stainless steel containers are used for blending and technological processing. After preparation, the blend is treated with natural substances such as clay and gelatin to ensure stability during storage.

Storage of Distillates

The containers in the distillate storage are used to store whiskey, grain distillates, fruit distillates, and wine distillates received from Armenia, Belarus, and Russia.

Pot Still

The pot still is used for producing aromatic spirits, which form the basis of gin. Juniper, spices, and citrus peels are placed on a grid inside the pot still, which is then filled with a mixture of water and alcohol. Steam enters the jacket of the apparatus, heating the contents of the still.
