Ingredients:
Recipe 30 ml
Fresh tangerine 1/2
Lemon juice 30 ml
Sugar syrup 20 ml
Egg white 15 ml
Recipe:
- Muddle the fresh tangerine in a shaker. Add ice and the remaining ingredients, shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh tangerine.
