Blend grapefruit juice, citric acid, water, sugar syrup, and the agar agar mixture. Freeze the mixture. Strain through a coffee filter.

Ingredients:
AMG Mandarin 50 ml
Indian tonic 50 ml
Indian tonic 50 ml
Recipe:
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add AMG Mandarin and grapefruit cordial. Top up with Indian tonic. Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
