Method of Preparation: Shake, Dry Shake, Fine Strain
Glass: Highball
Decoration: Grapefruit wedge, salt and paprika crust
Additional Ingredients:
Grapefruit Soda:
• Fresh grapefruit juice: 500 ml (well strained)
• Sparkling water: 200 ml
• Honey syrup: 80 ml
Combine all ingredients in a siphon and carbonate with a CO2 cartridge. Cool well.

Grapefruit Soda 100 ml

Recipe:
- Apply salt and paprika crust to the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add AMG Grapefruit & Lemon. Pour in the grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
