Ingredients:
Samogray Rye 40 ml
Passion Fruit Puree 30 ml
Lemon juice 30 ml
Sugar syrup 20 ml
Egg white 20 ml
Recipe:
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain from ice and shake again without ice. Pour the cocktail into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange chip.
