Ingredients:
AMG Pineapple 50 ml
Pineapple liqueur 20 ml
Lemon juice 30 ml
Sugar syrup 15 ml
Egg white 15 ml
Recipe:
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain the mixture from the ice and shake again without ice (dry shake). Pour the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with Sichuan pepper.
