Ingredients:
Samogray Apricot 50 ml
Fresh mint 5 g
Lemon juice 30 ml
Sugar syrup 15 ml
Dry sparkling wine 80 ml
Recipe:
- Shake Samogray Apricot, fresh mint, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
